This is the best pizza in the world. I've been getting this pizza for years. I would rather have this pizza then any other. I travel 45 mins just to get Rays and on the way i pass 4 pizza places. Moe's in Amsterdam, Jack's in Richmond, Jeffros in Bergholz, Pizza Hut in Wintersville.
Ray's is superior to all other pizza shops serving Ohio Valley pizza. The crust is crispy and delicious, sauce has a nice balance between sweet and acidic, very aromatic with quality ingredients. Cool vibe when you go in to get your pizza, no tables, few chairs for waiting, and 2-3 people in kitchen making the pizzas. Staff always polite and a clean environment.

Ohio Valley Pizza Destination! We love Rays and look forward to the crunchy crust and loads of mozzarella cheese that is dumped on top (cold of course). The only downfall is that the wait time is usually at least 20-30 minutes....but it is worth it! We haven't tried other menu items because why mess with greatness! But they do have other items if you are in the mood for something extra.
I have to drive 8 hours from North Carolina to get the best pizza ever!!! When you walk in the shop the smell of the pizza sauce takes you away. On this visit the crust was the perfect ratio of thick and crunchy and the sauce had a great tomato flavor with a little spice kick!!! Don't expect anything fancy when you walk in. The hand written poster has the prices listed per slice. Stick with the basic pepperoni it is the best.
